IntroductionFollowing the launch of the PRI Academic Network at the 2008 conference held jointly with the European
Centre for Corporate Engagement at Maastricht University, the second annual conference will take place For 2009, the Principles for Responsible Investment welcome 75 leading thinkers on Responsible Investment including academics, students, and investment practitioners from 12 countries. On October 1st and 2nd, papers and discussions will explore the theme of 'The Next Generation of Responsible Investment.' From the afternoon of October 2 thru lunch on Saturday, October 3, a student symposium will host masters, doctoral and post doctoral submissions.
