7:10 – 7:55 am Preview of PRI work and research on ESG issues in executive pay and on water risks in agricultural supply chains
The inclusion of appropriate ESG factors within executive compensation plans can help create and protect long-term shareholder value. A group of PRI signatories are leading a sector specific analysis mapping key ESG issues and how they are linked to current pay practices within the extractive and utilities industries.
Water scarcity in agricultural supply chains is a growing risk, particularly for the food, beverage and apparel sectors. Despite this, information on the exposure of individual companies is limited. Come and learn about the work of PRI signatories to identify exposed companies and their risk management practices and our plans going forward.
