The PRI does not collect personal information, except where it is volunteered. If you provide unique identifying information, such as your name, address and other information on forms stored on this site, such information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except with your explicit permission. The PRI, however, assumes no responsibility for the security of this information.
All primary and secondary contacts will receive the following membership-related communications in print and/or electronic format from the PRI, unless they opt out:
- Signatory news (e.g. regular newsletters containing updates relevant to all signatories).
- Governance and administrative communications (e.g. copies of the PRI’s Annual Report, papers relating to the PRI’s Signatory General Meeting, election and voting notices.)
- Membership benefits (e.g. offers to register for PRI Academy, invitations to PRI Events and other membership-related benefits)
Signatories can update their communication preferences from the home page of the signatory extranet or opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the communication.
Like most standard web servers, this website uses log files. These files contain information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information, and is used for aggregated statistical analysis of web site traffic only.
