Investa’s property investment and management ESG methodology focuses on improving the quality and sustainability practices of properties held in the investment portfolio. Our Pre-purchase and Asset Management guidelines incorporate Social ethical and environmental considerations. Investa’s Sustainability Policy and our Code of Conduct apply to all employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, subsidiaries and joint ventures and must be complied with at all times.

Where the management function is outsourced to a third party provider we monitor energy, water and waste diversion perfomance on a monthly basis, seek quarterly representation letters and conduct annual audits to satisfy ourselves that appropriate environmental, social, ethical and labour standards are being taken into account.
