Senior Manager, Operations – Reporting & Assessment team

Location: London

Tenure: Full-Time Permanent role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team responsible for implementing the annual PRI Reporting and Assessment (R&A) process and analysing its outputs. Signatories to the PRI are required to disclose some activities and progress on Responsible Investment, to ensure the accountability of the PRI initiative. The R&A team runs the reporting framework process and delivers its outputs, working collaboratively with other teams and specialist working groups comprised of signatories. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the management of the reporting and assessment process and delivery of key outputs, including public transparency reports (available on the PRI website) and confidential assessment reports. This includes the development and correct running of the IT systems, signatory support in the completion of the reporting and other planning and coordination activities needed to make the process flow smoothly for signatories and within the PRI Secretariat. The manager will be expected to represent that R&A team externally and with signatories as required.

Manager: Implementation Support – Asset Owner Focus [AO Manager]

Location: London

Tenure: Full-Time Permanent role

Rate of Pay: £competitive for not-for-profit

Reports to: Senior Manager, Implementation Support

The objective of the work is to promote and support RI across asset classes for Asset Owners. To this end, you will be responsible for keeping abreast of global RI practices and developing best practice guides, case studies, event content and thought leadership, as well as actively disseminating RI knowledge to mainstream investors.

Asset Owner focus include integrating ESG factors into portfolio level considerations, investment selection, investment monitoring and ownership practices, promoting RI and transparency around these types of activity.

Project Manager: Implementation Support

Location: London

Tenure: Full-Time Permanent role

Reports to: Senior Manager, Implementation Support

We are looking for a team member with experience or a good understanding of the institutional investment value chain to support fixed income, listed equities and infrastructure work streams. In the first year you will establish and build on solid foundations for a career in RI, understand mainstream investment relevance of RI and build robust understanding of listed assets investments.

Research & Policy Officer

Location: London

Tenure: 6 month contract with potential for Full-Time Permanent role

Rate of Pay: £competitive for not-for-profit

Reports to: Split report; 50:50 to Head of Academic Research & Head of Policy

This is a general admin role suitable for someone looking for an entry-level position into Responsible Investments.  Good all-round IT skills are required, in particular: excellent use of Microsoft Excel is essential, experience with Google analytics is a strong advantage.

Investor Engagements Manager – Environmental Issues

Location: London

Tenure: Full-Time 6 month Fixed-Term with opportunity for Permanent Role

Research Assistant / Intern

Location: London

Hours: Part-time temporary (3 months FT/PT dependent on requirement)

Rate of Pay: £10 p/h

Reports to: Manager, Investor Engagements

This is a unique experience for an individual with a background in human rights to gain experience in the field of responsible investment and global shareholder engagement with a specific focus on human rights in the extractive and utility sectors. The assistant will be reporting to the Manager of Investor Engagements, Social Issues, at the PRI and will also work with an expert consultant and the PRI Human Rights Steering Committee, a group of nine global investors.
