As announced at the Signatory General Meeting (SGM) in October 2013, the PRI has committed to undertake an independent governance review to the highest standards of impartiality, transparency and accountability.
The aim of this review is to assess what governance structure the PRI should adopt to fulfil its Mission. Its recommendations must balance the interests of different signatories and ensure that decisions about the PRI’s mission, direction, strategy finances and operations are transparent, accountable to signatories, efficient and fit-for-purpose.
The PRI Advisory Council invites signatories to comment on the draft scope for this governance review by 28 February 2014. As a membership-based organisation, the views of signatories are critical. A copy of the final scope, along with a list of the individuals and organisations that provided feedback and a summary of this feedback, will be available on the PRI website in April 2014.
