In 2020, signatories voted to elect an asset owner and an investment manager to the board. They also voted to confirm the appointment of the chair, to receive the PRI Annual Report and accounts and to approve the Signatory General Meeting minutes.
Signatories were invited to vote from 21 October 2020 until 4 December 2020 on the five elements of PRI governance set out in the table below.

2021 board elections
The PRI Board annual elections is for four asset owner and one investment manager representative positions. The call for nominations will begin in June 2021, with voting commencing in September 2021.
