On 7 June 2021, Fiona Reynolds, CEO, PRI, announced her intention to step down as CEO.
The PRI Board, led by the chair, Martin Skancke, is responsible for appointing the next CEO. The board has selected a sub-committee of board directors to support the CEO search process. The sub-committee is composed of:
- Angela Emslie, Independent member, Impact Committee, HESTA
- Eva Halvarsson, CEO, AP2
- Michael Jantzi, CEO, Sustainalytics
- Martin Skancke, Chair, PRI
- Eric Usher, Head, UNEP FI
The board has appointed Saxton Bampfylde to conduct the global search process.
