The PRI, UN Global Compact and Johannesburg Stock Exchange will be hosting the 2019 JSE ESG Investor Showcase- SDG Investment Forum South Africa edition, which will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on 29 October 2019 at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

Building on the success of three previous editions, the JSE is partnering with the UN Global Compact and the PRI to host the 2019 JSE ESG Investor Showcase. This year’s edition, the SDG Investment Forum- South Africa, will focus on enhancing dialogue between investors, companies and governments on investments to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Forum will convene investors, financial institutions, companies and government officials who are looking at ways to allocate private capital to investments that can have a measurable impact on various SDGs across different sectors.  Discussions will explore how these stakeholders are looking at SDG investments and what they see as the unique challenges and opportunities in South Africa..
