Launch of PRI private equity guidance: incorporating ESG provisions in fund terms
The PRI is launching guidance on the incorporation of ESG provisions in private equity fund terms, the result of a year-long consultation with signatories, expert counsel and industry associations. The guidance will give an overview of current practice on this aspect of responsible investment, and options for both Limited Partners and General Partners to consider when negotiating the terms of a private equity fund.
Places are limited and open to investors and managers in private equity only, and selected project advisors. Please register via the link below or email email@example.com.
