List of focus companies

The Spring Investor Working Group will engage with 60 focus companies. These include 40 focus companies that were announced in February 2024 for which engagement groups have been formed. A limited number of roles remain available for some new participants. A second list of 20 focus companies was released in June 2024 and is now open to new participant applications until 20 September 2024. Additional companies may be included in the initiative over time.

Company selection methodology

Focus companies were selected using a three-step process which involved:

1. Selecting priority geographies based on priority regions for avoided deforestation and active or emerging deforestation fronts;
2. Identifying policy arenas (regional, national and international) that shape deforestation drivers;
3. Selecting focus companies based on their level of influence in the selected policy arenas.

This list reflects the participants, lead and collaborating investors, engaging with PRI’s Spring focus companies, as of 29 July 2024. Companies are listed in alphabetical order.

Please note that this is not necessarily a full list and, in some cases, names may not be displayed. These lists are updated on a quarterly basis and may not include newer members of the group and/or any other recent changes. Investors can engage with companies as potential or current holders; participating in a company engagement does not indicate being invested in that company.
