With the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, signatories, speakers and delegates our primary concern, and in light of the continuing impact of COVID-19, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone the next PRI in Person conference to 14-16 September 2021.

PRI in Person map

Taking place in a different location each year, PRI in Person brings together PRI signatories and other investment professionals to learn, network and collaborate in person over several days. Attracting a diverse audience, it offers something to attendees at all stages of the responsible investment journey, giving them an opportunity to discuss topical issues and share experiences from their own organisation and reason with peers from around the world.

Highlights from the conference

PRI in Person 2018: San Francisco

2018 has been a landmark year for the PRI. By the time of PRI in Person, we had close to 2,100 signatories representing $80 trillion AUM. The growing scale of our membership was reflected in the attendance at our San Francisco conference: with over 1,200 delegates representing nearly 600 organisations from 37 countries, PRI in Person 2018 became the largest ever gathering of responsible investment professionals.

This moment coincided with another major sustainability event in the same city, the Global Climate Action Summit. As such, climate change was high on the agenda of PRI in Person, but we also covered a huge range of other environmental, social and governance issues as well as topics such as policy reform, ESG integration and the Sustainable Development Goals.
