An update on the release of signatories’ reporting outputs
Following the successful close of the 2023 reporting window – which saw 98% of mandatory and voluntary signatories submit their reports – we are now preparing to release the 2023 reporting outputs.
When are we releasing the 2023 Transparency and Assessment Reports?
We will be releasing signatories’ Transparency and Assessment Reports in phases:
- Public and private Transparency Reports, and the Assessment Reports, will be available to view online in the Data Portal by the end of December.
- Transparency Report PDFs and the Summary Scorecard section of Assessment Reports will be available to download by the end of December.
- The full Assessment Report PDF will be available to download by the end of January.
We will also release an on-demand video and updated guidance materials alongside the reporting outputs in December to help signatories understand their reports.
In the meantime, we are keeping the Reporting Tool open to enable signatories to view their complete 2023 reporting survey responses. However, these responses should not be viewed as a substitute for the Transparency and Assessment Reports.

How signatories can prepare?
In preparation for the release of the 2023 reporting outputs, we encourage signatories to make sure their permissions are up to date so that they can use the Data Portal. For more information on how to register for or grant access to the Data Portal, please see our Permissions System User Guide.
Support during the December office shutdown
Please note that access to signatory support services during the holiday period will be limited, as the PRI Offices are closed from 20 December to 2 January. We will respond to any queries you have about your outputs in January.
