Investor reporting

The Reporting Framework is split into four main sections. All signatories complete sections 1, 2 and 4, which contain one module each. In s ection 1, signatories will describe the asset mix of their holdings, and this will inform which of the section 3 modules they will complete.

  • Signatories will complete the asset class specific module for any asset classes in which they directly manage 10% or more of their total assets under management.
  • Signatories with externally managed assets will complete the Selecting, Appointing and Monitoring module.
  • Signatories with 10% or more of their total assets under management in externally managed Inclusive Finance will complete a module on indirect inclusive finance.
  • Signatories with 10% or more of their total assets under management in internally managed Inclusive Finance will complete a module on direct inclusive finance.
  • Signatories that are coordinating the voting and engagement activities of their listed equities holdings in-house will complete the Active Ownership module (if their listed equities holdings represent 10% or more of their total assets under management).

Assets managed by subsidiaries must be included if the signatory owns more than 50% of them, unless that subsidiary completes the Reporting Framework in its own right.

Not all information within each module is mandatory to complete, or disclose. Further information on this can be found in the Overview and Guidance document.

Service provider reporting

The Reporting Framework is split into four main sections. All signatories complete sections 1, 2 and 4, which contain one module each.

In section 1, the Organisational Overview module, signatories are asked to select their various business offerings. This will inform which modules from section 3 will be completed.

Signatories will only complete the parts of the module that are relevant to their organisation. Indicators are marked as mandatory or voluntary to complete.

The latter information is disclosed at your discretion. Further information can be found in the Overview and Guidance document.
