Our inclusive recruitment process

We strive to make our process fair, transparent and unbiased in order to find the best candidates from all different backgrounds. Our use of the BeApplied system is designed to ensure that in the early stages of our selection process we are not influenced by experience or personal characteristics, and solely assess candidates on their skills and attributes.

We also use a rigorous scoring process for open roles which helps hiring managers to make decisions based on potential, not polish.

Combined with active sourcing efforts targeted at underrepresented communities , this enables us to further diversify our workforce.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds . If you have any specific access needs in submitting an application or attending an interview, please do let Penny Rutledge know.

The PRI is committed to offering flexibility to our employees, both formal (e.g. part-time work) and informal (e.g. a shift in hours to accommodate caring responsibilities). Please talk to us about how we could make this role flexible for you.

Our Team

We’re proud to be a diverse, global team united by values including openness, positivity, and drive that stems from our founders.
