Job Description

We are looking for an Events Content Coordinator to help deliver the agenda for our flagship conference PRI in Person, and associated engagements in Brazil.

The role will have responsibility for speaker management across a complex multi-day agenda, and project manage logistics for additional event elements designed to enhance attendee experience and event impact. In addition the role also includes support around stakeholder engagement and content curation for convening activities related to our presence at COP30.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Event Content in delivering against the PRI in Person event objectives and content principles.
  • Responsible for all aspects of speaker management and onboarding process
  • Deliver logistics for additional event elements to enhance attendee experience and event impact.
  • Manage content related enquiries received via events inbox.
  • Update and ensure accuracy of event website agenda and speaker information.
  • Support Head of Event Content with advisory group management, including stakeholder communications, keeping accurate minutes and scheduling meetings.
  • Internal coordination with PRI session leads across teams, including support on speaker briefings as well as collation of content and resources.
  • Manage complex on-site content delivery to a high standard.
  • Additional stakeholder engagement, speaker management and content creation support on COP30 related convening activities as determined by Events Director and Head of Event Content.

Person Specification

  • Proven track-record of supporting content production and delivery on complex multi-day event(s)
  • Demonstrable experience in event logistics, including budgeting and working with suppliers
  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment 
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with experience of building strong professional relationships across levels of seniority
  • IT/Digital skills - Microsoft Office, website management systems, CRM, asana/ project management tools, sli.do/  audience engagement tools
  • Very good programme management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects successfully, including managing inputs from others outside of your direct team.
  • Travel will be required to support event delivery of PRI in Person and related events in Brazil, November 2025
  • Language skills, other than English, are desirable (Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish)
  • Working knowledge of responsible investment / sustainability desirable
