Stay up to date with the Collaboration Alert
The Collaboration Alert is a biweekly newsletter that keeps you informed about the latest PRI and signatory-led collaborations. Signatories and Network Supporters can sign up to receive our newsletters using the Edit profile tab.
Navigating the tool
After logging in, you will land on the Collaborations page. This page displays all collaborations that have been uploaded onto the Collaboration Platform. You can use filtering, searching and sorting tools to refine your results.
Homepage
On this page, you can see the collaborations that you own or are a member of and the companies that you have added to your My companies list.
To find out how to follow a company, see the ‘Joining a collaboration’ section below. Other users won’t be able to see which organisations you are following.
Find function
The Engagement focus organisations page allows you to find and follow companies which have been engaged with on the Collaboration Platform, including:
- individual companies;
- policy makers;
- regulators.
Following a company will keep you up to date with its engagements and you can receive tailored notifications for a company you follow when a collaboration, resolution or vote is added.
Investor and NGO organisations will appear on the Collaborating organisations page. Click on an organisation’s profile to see additional information and view any members employed there, subject to privacy permissions.
Users who have chosen to make their profiles visible will appear on the Individual user profiles page. If they have also enabled messaging, the envelope symbol will be visible. You can search for individual users to connect on specific sustainability issues.

Joining a collaboration
You can either request to join a collaboration from the Collaborations page or whilst on an individual collaboration.
You can also accept an invitation to join a collaboration on the platform.
Another way to join a collaboration is to accept an email invitation sent by the collaboration owner.
If you do not receive the email, check with your IT administrator to ensure no firewall is blocking the email. If this issue persists, contact the collaboration owner and ask them to add you to the collaboration manually or email [email protected].
