PRI Signatories wishing to join the initiative as an endorser or participant are required to complete the following form. 

Endorsers will be required to confirm that they publicly endorse the initiative and its investor statement. 

Investors who wish to join the initiative as a participant are required to select the initiative focus company/companies they wish to engage, and whether they would like to engage the company as a lead or collaborating investor; and provide information regarding their suitability for this role. 

Before applying, participants should first read the participant Terms of Reference, which defines the purpose and structure of this initiative and summarises the expectations and guidelines for investors engaging with companies as part of this initiative. Participants are required to agree to these terms before joining. 

Note that participants are appointed by the PRI Executive based on the criteria set out in the participant Terms of Reference. A limited number of roles are available. If a role is unavailable, investors can be added to the company engagement group waiting list. Once a role becomes available (and the investor meets the criteria to assume that role), they will be invited to join that group.
