The 2025 reporting window has officially closed, and we’re pleased to share that signatory engagement was exceptionally strong this year.

  • 98% of mandatory submissions were completed in the Reporting Tool
  • Nearly half of signatories in their grace period chose to report voluntarily.
  • No signatories failed to meet minimum requirements.

Reporting enables signatories to demonstrate their implementation of the six Principles, support learning and development, and showcase leadership to stakeholders. Many opted to report in full and will receive Assessment Reports to benchmark performance and track progress.

Improvements to this year’s cycle

  • Flexible reporting: Partial reporting was available to nearly all signatories.
  • Streamlined process: Questions were largely consistent with last year, allowing pre-filled responses and saving time.
  • Enhanced platform: A more user-friendly interface enabled faster, smoother reporting.

Feedback and next steps

Almost 400 signatories have already responded to our reporting survey, open until 31 August. Early results show year-on-year improvements in satisfaction overall.

PROVIDE YOUR FEEDBACK

Signatories who did not complete mandatory reporting have been notified, and the appeals process is now open.

Submitting an appeal

If you believe your case has been misunderstood, submit a written appeal to the PRI Board by 11 September. Appeals will be reviewed by the relevant Committee and Board, with final decisions communicated by 24 October.

Send your completed appeal form to: [email protected]

Looking ahead

We’re currently assessing submitted data and preparing signatories’ Transparency and Assessment Reports, to be released later this year. For 2026, we aim to further streamline reporting and deliver faster, more meaningful feedback.
