Esta obligación fue formalizada por las Naciones Unidas y la OCDE en 2011 y desde entonces, las expectativas de empleados, beneficiarios, clientes, gobiernos y la sociedad en general no han hecho más que aumentar, impulsadas no solo por la creciente visibilidad y urgencia en torno a muchos temas de derechos humanos, sino también porque se comprende mejor que los inversionistas pueden generar soluciones concretas para el “mundo real”, y deben hacerlo con responsabilidad, en todas sus actividades de inversión.

Just as for all businesses, institutional investors have a responsibility to respect human rights. This responsibility was formalised by the UN and the OECD in 2011, and since then expectations – from employees, beneficiaries, clients, governments and wider society – have only increased. Expectations have been driven not only by growing visibility and urgency around many human rights issues, but also by a better understanding of investors’ role in shaping real-world outcomes, and of their responsibility to do so – across all their investment activities.
In this webinar we will discuss how inverters can frame the topic and begin their journey towards integration. Further, we will count on the hands-on experience of local and global organisations regarding Human Rights integration, trends and integration models.
