Log in to the Data Portal to view your amended 2021 Transparency Reports. Although the PRI has significant internal checks in place to ensure amendments following the data collection process have been made accurately, signatories have until 28 March, 10 a.m. GMT to flag any potential concerns with the amendments made before we finalise the 2021 dataset.

The 2021 data collection period has ended, and all signatories that reported in 2021 have had the opportunity to review their reports and communicate changes needed to data errors in their reports. The PRI sincerely thanks signatories for the time and effort dedicated to reviewing their reports and helping improve the quality of 2021 outputs.

The PRI has accepted and implemented changes requested by over 600 unique signatories. The amended 2021 Transparency Reports have been re-uploaded privately onto the Data Portal. All signatories that reported in 2021 can view their updated 2021 private Transparency Report.

Although we have significant internal checks in place to ensure amendments following the data collection process have been made accurately, we are providing signatories who had amendments made with a two-week period to flag potential concerns to us before we finalise the 2021 dataset.

Action:

  • Please log in to the Data Portal, and view your 2021 Transparency Report under the ‘My Transparency Report’ tab. When downloading your report in the Data Portal, please download the version with the latest “data updated” date to see your amended report. See the PRI’s Data Portal user guide for more information.
  • All signatories that reported in 2021 will be able to view their 2021 reports in the Data Portal.
  • If an amendment to your private Transparency Report has been made incorrectly on your behalf, please contact us at [email protected], by Monday, 28 March, 10 a.m. GMT. You can find more information on how to flag any potential concerns with your amended Transparency Report here.

To be able to meet our commitment to deliver signatory outputs, 28 March, 10 a.m. GMT, will be the last date for signatories to flag potential concerns to us before we finalise the 2021 dataset. With the 2021 dataset complete, the PRI will be preparing the launch of the public Transparency Reports (for investors and service providers), private Assessment Reports (for investors), and generating aggregated data insights for all signatories based on the reporting dataset. The PRI intends to launch these outputs by June 2022.

If you have problems logging in to the Data Portal to access your reports, please see the PRI’s brief Permissions System guide.
